Terms of service

Agreement

These terms are the contract between you and NextProxy (“we”) for the website, console, proxy network, and support. Creating an account, topping up, placing an order, or continuing to use the service means you have read and agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.

If you use the service for a company, you represent that you can bind that organization. We may revise these terms; using the service after the date on this page means you accept the revised version.

The service

NextProxy provides a proxy catalog, checkout and delivery, traffic and balance management, billing, an affiliate program, and support. Product lines currently include rotating residential (billed per traffic), static residential / ISP (billed per IP lease), datacenter (billed per IP lease), and unlimited port and bandwidth editions billed by port count or account-wide aggregate bandwidth and validity period. Countries, stock, unit price, and lease term follow the live catalog at the moment you submit the order.

Gateways, ports, protocols (HTTP / HTTPS / SOCKS5), and credentials are issued on the matching console product page. The same credentials work across those protocols. City or state targeting, sticky sessions, and per-request rotation follow whatever that product currently exposes.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and protect your login password, proxy username and password, and API tokens. Every request, order, and money movement through the account is treated as yours.

If you see unusual sign-ins or a leaked credential, change the password and notify us through an official support channel in the console. We may restrict login, freeze resources, or close an account when there is fraud, unpaid balances, acceptable-use violations, or legal risk.

• One person should normally hold one primary account; bulk sign-ups to evade risk controls may be refused or merged.
• You may not resell, rent, or transfer the account without our written consent.
• Proxy passwords are masked in the console until you reveal them.

Orders, price, and delivery

Prices on the site are read from the live catalog, not a hand-written sheet. The amount due is recalculated at checkout from product, country, quantity, lease term, and any promotion then in force. After submit, order status, stock, and delivery follow the console record.

Rotating residential traffic is usually credited to your pool immediately. Static IPs and unlimited plans start when stock allows. If the region has no stock, the order fails or stays pending and is not treated as delivered.

Billing and wallet

Balances are in USD. Top-ups go through the payment channels we enable. Arrival, failure, and refunds follow the channel callback and the console ledger. Do not pay twice while a result is still pending.

Rotating residential deducts metered traffic. Static resources are billed by lease and are not guaranteed after expiry. Affiliate commissions, coupons, and gifts have their own freeze windows, scope, and limits, as shown in the console.

Acceptable use

The service is intended for use outside mainland China. What you do with NextProxy is your responsibility and does not represent NextProxy.

Follow robots rules, the target site’s terms, and applicable law. We provide an exit path; we do not guarantee that a given site will load, skip captchas, or keep you logged in. Blocks are often TLS fingerprint, cookies, or rate — not only the IP.

• No attacks, intrusion, spam, credential theft, malware, or bypassing access controls you are not allowed to bypass.
• No infrastructure for child sexual exploitation, trafficking, terrorism, or other clearly illegal content.
• No scanning or abusing our control plane, gateways, or exit network, including credential stuffing and denial of service.
• No unauthorized resale of the service, and no presenting residential exits as a product type we did not sell.

Availability and changes

We work to keep gateways up, but the network depends on third-party residential and datacenter inventory. Individual exits go offline, get blocked, or get reclaimed. That is not a breach unless we fail to deliver the capacity type you paid for.

We may change the catalog, prices, ingress nodes, session parameters, and risk rules. For static resources already paid and still in term, we try to last until expiry; if we cannot, the Refund Policy applies.

Intellectual property

The site, console, marks, docs, and software belong to NextProxy or its licensors. You get a limited license to use the service, not ownership of IP addresses, ranges, or software.

Do not reverse-engineer the gateway, strip branding, or use our marks to imply endorsement.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is. We do not warrant that a given site is reachable, that an exit is “clean,” or that your business outcome will follow.

We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for one incident is capped at what you actually paid us for the related service in the three months before the incident. You will indemnify us for claims, fines, and legal fees caused by your breach of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service and ask to close the account. Unused balance and traffic follow the Refund Policy. We may terminate immediately for serious breach, prolonged non-payment, or legal requirement. Credentials stop working after termination; logs are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

Contact

Send notices about these terms through Contact Support in the console after you sign in. That page lists the live email, Telegram, and WhatsApp channels. We may also email the address on the account.
