Privacy policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026Who we are
NextProxy runs the marketing site and the customer console. This policy explains how we process personal data related to your account, orders, and visits. When you use our proxies to reach other websites, those sites’ own policies also apply; we are not their controller.
Information we process
We process what we need to deliver the service, settle money, keep the platform safe, and support you. We do not buy marketing lists to build an ad profile.
- Account: email, display name, password hash, language, and editable profile fields you save.
- Commerce and resources: orders, top-ups, refunds, traffic and wallet ledgers, purchased static IPs or plans, and redeem codes.
- Payments: channel, amount, status, and the channel’s transaction id. Card numbers and wallet accounts are handled by the processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Proxy use: traffic, session, and exit stats needed for billing; gateways keep limited connection metadata to investigate abuse.
- Support: what you send through the console, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or live chat.
- Security logs: sign-in IP, time, failures, and a browser/device summary for brute-force and risk control.
- Affiliates: if you register from a referral link, we store the relationship, clicks, and later commissions so we can pay them.
Why we process it
We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, fulfill orders, meter and charge usage, send service notices, answer support, prevent fraud and abuse, meet financial and security duties, and — if you join the program — compute affiliate commissions.
We do not sell account data to brokers, and we do not use the content of proxied traffic for advertising.
Legal bases
Contract: we cannot deliver proxies without account, order, and metering data.
Legitimate interests: security logs, risk control, and abuse detection to protect the platform and other users.
Legal obligation: retaining some financial records and logs.
Consent: non-essential cookies or the live-chat widget, which load only after you act. See the Cookie Policy.
Sharing
We share data with processors only as needed for those purposes, and only on our instructions.
- Payment channels, to complete top-ups and reconciliation.
- Infrastructure and network service providers, to route exits. They see proxy requests, not your console password.
- Live chat (for example Chatwoot), loaded only after you open the widget.
- Email and messaging channels you pick on the support page.
- Disclosure required by a binding legal process.
International transfers
Servers, payments, and chat may sit outside your country. Using the service means you understand data will move as needed to provide it. We reduce risk with access control, encryption in transit, and least privilege.
Retention
Account data lasts for the life of the account. Orders and money movement are kept for finance and disputes. Security logs use a shorter rolling window unless an abuse case is open. Support records follow the support cycle. After closure we delete or anonymize what we no longer need, except where law requires a hold.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed. Proxy passwords are masked by default. Admin and payment secrets are encrypted at rest. Traffic uses HTTPS. No measure removes every risk; you still have to protect credentials and keep passwords out of images and logs.
Your rights
You can update editable profile fields and your password in account settings. You may ask to export or correct account data, object to some processing, or request deletion — deletion can be limited by open orders, unpaid balances, and legal holds.
Send these requests through Contact Support in the console. We will verify via the account email. Do not paste live passwords into tickets.
Children
The service is for businesses and adult professionals. We do not offer accounts to anyone under 16. If we learn an account belongs to a child, we close it and delete data we do not need to keep.
Changes
Updates change the date on this page. For material changes we will try to notice you in the console or by email. Keeping using the service means you are aware of the updated policy.
